Cross Bolt SBC
These are the ultimate Small Block Chevrolet aluminum blocks. Our blocks are made from special forged aluminum billets. This means that our blocks are stronger than any cast aluminum blocks. On the 2010 we have incorporated a cross-bolt main cap design to further strengthen the bottom end of the block. The NEW 2040 and 2045 models are splay cap based Small Block Chevrolets.
2010—Ultimate Chevy Small Block for high horsepower applications with cross-bolted main caps. This block was primarily designed for serious blown SBC racers. It can also be used for large displacement nitrous small blocks. The block is designed utilizing the rocket block platform.
